New to SimplePractice; very pleased

I'm new to SimplePractice but I'm very pleased. It's intuitive and I can use as many or as few of the features as I desire. I'm pleased with my choice.

Simple Practice is amazing

Simple Practice is amazing. It is like having a personal assistant who takes care of making appointments, billing and correspondence. I was able to go paperless in my practice and have secure video conferencing as well!

Wonderful Practice Resource

I am a relative newcomer to SimplePractice, but so far I have found it to be a great asset to my private practice. Their customer service is outstanding. I receive almost immediate personalized answers to my questions, I am pointed to relevant resources, and there are a number of classes and online tutorials that facilitate familiarizing oneself with this service. I am looking forward to quickly decreasing my use of paper and easing my billing process. Thank you for this wonderful resource!

Simple Practice makes conducting my private practice so simple (I guess that is why it is Simple Practice). The platform is very user friendly, and it is easy to navigate. Billing could be a nightmare, but with Simple Practice it is all completed for you and integrated. I highly recommend to anyone interested!

Simple practice is easy to use, efficient, and practical. It's an easy way to keep all of your electronic medical records in one place, especially when starting a private practice.

So far SP has been great for us

So far SP has been great for us. The team at SP are responsive and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but the app needs some help- for example if would be great if we could upload videos and photos directly to the client's file instead of having to do it through the computer. It also designed for office based work which makes it a little complicated when we have to go from house to house.

Simple practice really helps me streamline my private practice and saves me a ton of time with superbills and accounting. I highly recommend it.

It’s user friendly

It seems like they have thought about most everything a therapist needs to operate a practice smoothly. The tutorials are helpful. It’s easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. It appears some document templates are viewable but not useable and there doesn’t seem to be an option for signature on treatment plans.

just finished my free trial

I just finished my free trial and so far I have been pleased with the ease of the program. I like being able to track invoices witching the record. Before simple practice I was having to use two different programs.
