Simple Practice is as the name states

Simple Practice is as the name states. It is simple and user friendly. The templates are a great help. The videos are helpful as well. I love the daily email reminders. I know there’s so much more that I haven’t even explored yet.

Very good and simple to use. Saves me time and keeps my clients posted of upcoming appointments.

Great program!

Out of all the similar companies this one seems to offer the best befits for reasonable price and excellent tutorial as it is somewhat complicated to follow at first. I’m very excited to send my clients to the portal and use the telehealth feature.

Great platform to streamline your practice!

I've been using Simple Practice to manage my part-time private practice for about a month now and have found it to be such a time saver! I love the client portal and ability to securely message my clients. I enjoy how easy it is to set up and customize documentation. I also love the mobile app, something that's not offered by other platforms. One draw back has been that information doesn't integrate well between treatment plans, intakes, progress notes, etc, but I'm sure that'll be worked ...

Fabulous documentation and billing…

Fabulous documentation and billing program that also has a patient portal. I switched from another EMR that was twice the cost and less user-friendly. My sole 'complaint' is that there is no phone support. The support system they have is via email (embedded in the program) and very good responses as well as some Chat capabilities at certain hours; I would much prefer to also have telephone support throughout the day. I'm just getting started and I like how everything will be in one place. I am still figuring a few things out, such as billing, but so far the calendar and the communications with my clients have been seamless and easy.

I rated it a 4/5 only because I have not spent a great deal of time on the EMR, to date. So far the platform is very simple with ease of documenting and scheduling patients. Due to the nature of my business, OT/PT practice I still find simple practice having the ability to accommodate my needs. So far staff has been great in answering all my questions.

great app so far. Looking for the chance to do counseling progress notes on the phone app. Easy to use, help is right there if you need it. they thought of many things that make a counselor's life easier.

not overwhelming!!

Starting my private practice has been a huge undertaking. I chose to try out a couple of different options. Simple Practice was the only one that didn't overwhelm me and cause me more stress in this already stressful process.
