This is my first week with this product. I am finding it fairly easy to learn and input my client information into the system. I like the client portal which will allow me to send receipts in a secure manner to those clients who request one. I also like the ability to have the system send reminders via text or email - I think I will really appreciate this in the long run. I am still new to using Simple Practice and I am primarily using it for purposes of the college clients that I work with on the college campus. The students are able to confidentially choose the time slots that I am available and can fill out the paperwork in advance. Really straightforward and user-friendly!
I have been very happy starting up with SimplePractice. It is organized in a way that felt very user-friendly, and I found the prompts and how-to emails very helpful. I especially love the secure client portal, the app, online scheduling, and billing capabilities. The only aspect I would change so far is having access to a customer service phone number, rather than email. There are times it helps to just pick up the phone and talk it out with someone. Simple practice really is exactly that!
Simple practice made it so much easier to open my own practice for the first time. The website and app are simple and intuitive making it easy to learn. It feels like they have thought of everything from billing, to treatment planners, to several different notes and assessment templetes. Making your own templetes is super easy too. I was recommended by a friend and I will definitely be paying this recommendation forward.

easy to use & works well
I love Simple Practice. I started using it a month ago, and it has been easy to use. It is so much easier than writing notes by hand, using a credit card reader in my office, and using a separate online scheduling program. I love having everything electronic and integrated. I save a lot of time by not charging credit cards betweens sessions. The support people are almost always helpful. I have been very impressed at how well it is laid out. I'm a psychotherapist. Everything I Needed
I looked at a variety of different options available and found Simple Practice to be the easiest to navigate with all the options I needed to start my own practice. I love how simple it is to add a client and then schedule an appointment. Right from the calendar I can add a note and payment information. And it syncs smoothly with my iCal connecting my personal and professional world. HIPAA compliant messaging and easy to connect TeleHealth are two extremely valuable features. But probably ...
