Simple Practice has made my life so much easier! Everything is now in one place, including insurance billing, scheduling, and reminders. It’s like having a personal assistant who never calls in sick :o)!

Simple Practice is somewhat…

Simple Practice is somewhat user-friendly. I was able to set up my schedule, add billing, and there is a video conferencing on a secure server. It is also affordable and there is a code to add a button your website to schedule an appointment. The site could have things in places that are easier to find so as on the side of the page or using buttons at the top of the page. I like that credit card payments and billing insurance can be used through the site.

So far I have been extremely happy with using simple practice. Venturing into the private sphere has been a bit intimidating but Simple Practice has made it easy to use and understand the difficult and confusing documents needed with insurance. I also greatly enjoy the EHR features. They are both physically attractive as well as easy to use and understand. Very user-friendly!

Good, simple product for private practice needs

While I am a new user, I enjoy the seamless integration, presence of treatment templates, calendar and client portal. I find the technical support team to be responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, a streamlined software that makes private practice more manageable!

Simple Practice is a great tool for beginning clinicians. The program is so easy to use and there are so many great tutorials and resources to help with any questions that I have. I love that I am able to access the program on my laptop, tablet and phone.

I am about a month in and so far it has been great. I love the user friendly interface. It's easy for me and my clients. It saves a ton of paperwork time face to face, which let's us actually do therapy (not paperwork). I wish there were a few more templates already uploaded, but I added a few myself and it was fairly easy. I feel like SimplePractice could add a few diagnostic measures and tools to help round out what they already have there. But overall so worth it for me to have ...
