Simple Practice is user friendly and I really like how customizable things are. The form templates were useful for me as I moved my records from paper copy. I've been using Simple Practice for one month and I already feel it is more efficient.

This platform has streamlined my practice. It does take setting time aside to enter clients but once that is completed, it's great!

SimplePractice Review

SimplePractice has made starting my private practice much easier by allowing me to track my appointments, invoices, and create progress notes. While the system is not as user-friendly as I would like (it took me a little time to figure out how to input progress notes), it has still been immensely helpful.

Great but need phone support

Overall, I am delighted to have upgraded to simple practice. My favorite things Include the fact that there are hippaa compliant forms and email communication options, as well as the possibility of expanding into telehealth. I am now much more organized, with less paperwork to have to keep track of, given the fact that I spend a lot of time commuting and offering therapy in various locations. Solid product

So far, I am really enjoying Simple Practice. I have appreciated the way everything is streamlined, online, and efficient. I was also very impressed to see that they use Gottman-based intakes for couples. My only complaint is I feel it could still be more used friendly. Making changes to templates can be a bit confusing. All in all it is a great product.

After much deliberation of which online platform to use for my new private practice I finally decided on Simple Practice. The template library of forms, ease of creating new forms, automated reminders were some of the deciding factors that led this decision. After using the platform for a month I have found Simple Practice intuitive and easy to use. The online help has answered all of the questions I’ve had. I will (and have) recommend Simple Practice to colleagues.
