Great service!

Overall, I have had a very positive experience with SimplePractice so far. Their customer service team has been very responsive to my questions. The interface is straightforward and relatively easy to navigate. My only reservation so far has been that some forms (particularly the demographic form) are uneditable. So far SP seems to have many useful functions. I like the user experience, I found it actually because my therapist uses it. One recommendation: I would love it if we could customize the client-facing appearance to match our brands.

The best for several reasons

I tried several similar websites before deciding on Simple Practice - the reasons I’ve chosen and been happy with SP are as follows: 1. Ease of use - not being very tech-savy, I appreciate how intuitive SP is to set up and utilize 2. Secure telemedicine 3. Support has improved,but packages are…

Support has improved,but packages are not customized. It’s bare bones or all. They won’t work with you on it. And my payers aren’t available with the resources offered. Not a bad EMR if they would help you tweet as needed. Suggest fully trying ALL before buying.

New Private Practitioner in love with SimplePractice!

I'm a psychologist in private practice (just formed) and love SimplePractice. I've used other EHR's with other jobs and found them to be cumbersome and bulky. SimplePractice is smooth, easy and truly "simple." Would love a few added features which I notice as my practice gets rolling, but overall, I'm thrilled with the product.

Need phone support and fix for note template download

SimplePractice has a lot of nice features including the billing system, credit card and invoicing. I like having everything in one secure location and it definitely streamlines writing notes and treatment plans. I also like that it sends my clients reminders and forms so I don't have to worry it. I have a small, part-time practice but the Essential plan doesn't accommodate my needs because I don't have access to the templates from within the client portal. User-friendly and Intuitive Platform

I am a therapist just beginning my private practice. I tried a few different platforms for my note-writing and scheduling needs and SimplePractice has the most user-friendly and intuitive platform that I'e seen. Its online and mobile functions are easy to navigate and understand. I think SimplePractice is definitely something I would recommend moving forward to any mental health professional going into their private practice and need a one-stop-shop for their proprietary needs.

SimplePractice has been life changing for me. They literally make everything so simple and easy to help maintain my private practice. I would highly recommend it. Customer service is great and respond very quickly to any questions you may have! They also provide training videos to help you learn the system quickly.
