I am brand new to private practice. I chose to try simple practice due to some recommendations of other practitioners. I have found the software to be very user friendly, and it makes all of the administrative aspects of running one's own practice very simple! For anyone looking for an easy to use, comprehensive EHR and billing system I can't imagine a better way to start than simple practice.

I have not used every tool that has been offered but just the few tools I have implemented, has been awesome. It truly does make my life more simple. What do you like best about SimplePractice? The calendar/schedule syncing, direct messaging, and note-taking, and Climent upload features. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I am new to simple practice

I am new to simple practice, so far I have had to create nearly all new templates to meet the standards of Nebraska Medicaid. It was not helpful to try to modify existing documents because you can not insert in the beginning and middle, only add on to the end of the existing documents. And that did not flow well. SimplePractice offers billing, intake/progress note/policy documentation, client communication/reminders, and scheduling all in one place. It’s easy to contact their support team if you ever need assistance with the program. It makes paperwork and billing easy, and allows me more time to focus on therapy.

Too good to be true

Simple Practice has been the best decision for my private practice as a dietitian. I have been using various "systems" for documentation, scheduling, client reminders, claims, tracking payments, etc., and felt really scattered most of the time.
