"SimplePractice is easy and user friendly."

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like the how simple it is to use and how efficient it is. All my documents are stored and easy to find. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? the mobile app isn't the best. Simple Practice has been so great at…

Simple Practice has been so great at making it easy for me to start my own practice and get EMR under way! I can always find answers to what I'm looking for and they've developed a great community to help answer anything that comes up. It's been great for my clients to be able to schedule themselves online as desired and the chat option make communicating with them much easier.

Cautiously optimistic...

I just signed up yesterday so I'm a little overwhelmed learning the ropes so far. But I was able to get help via chat quickly in the morning. Then I learned that is only available during certain hours. While there are numerous ways to learn about the program, it is a little frustrating so far not having someone to call on the phone. I am looking forward to getting to really understand it so I can use it all year as I paid for the year up front.

So far, so good

I’m new to simple practice and still finding my way around but I quite like it so far. Straightforward to use, good templates for notes. Haven’t billed yet so I can’t speak to that. The only downside I’ve encountered up until now is that there is no support offered by phone which I find inconvenient.

Simple Practice has made it easy for me to start up my own private practice. I especially like the fact that I can create my own forms and documents. The client portal makes intake paper work so easy and my clients love it too!

Comprehensive platform that provides a lot of support!

SimplePractice has created a platform that is comprehensive and answers my questions before I knew that I had them! They send e-mails to offer support and a daily schedule to keep me on track. The service offers billing, scheduling, charting, and payment options which has been helpful to me as I have start my new practice. I love simple practice

I love simple practice! I was using in when I worked for a group agency and now that I'm venturing out on my own I decided to make the splurge. It's so much easier that trying to keep track of all my paper forms and send my own reminders. I'm also excited to figure out how to bill insurance and save even more time.
