What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like the format of the scheduling option, layout of the profiles for each client and the ease with which documents can be sent out. Opportunity for improvement

I really like that simple practice is very responsive and I also enjoy the simplicity of creating new clients and sending off new forms. I would like to see a better selection of forms available and especially having the ones already available ALL translated to Spanish (that would be great!). Also, adding the insurance companies for billing has been a challenge for me to figure out. I've had to check out the videos and I'm still struggling. Adding an EAP provider has been the main ...

I have really enjoyed using Simple Practice. The way the system is set up is very user friendly. I have really appreciated that it is an on going process to continue to make sure that the services are helpful and up to date. I had to switch accounts and I received some very helpful feedback.

Pretty good practice management system. There are some features lacking such as sending client receipts with your licence number and signature. There mobile app is really useful.

"Poor customer service"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Easy to use interface, simple calendar . What do you dislike about SimplePractice? cannot reach customer service directly; you must email and wait---and they are on the West coast. Recommendations to others considering SimplePractice: Do NOT use if you are on the East coast and will need customer service (can only reach them via email, and they won't even read them until 11 am eastern time). User-Friendly & Time-Saving!

I’ve used other EHR softwares before and Simple Practice is by far the most intuitive and user-friendly one that I’ve come across. The videos and tutorials are also a huge help for the more complicated features that it offers. It is a one-stop shop for practice management. After investing the initial time in the set-up, I can already tell it is going to automate and streamline a lot of my practice, which is going to save me time, energy, and money.

Great and Easy-to-Use EMR!

Being a new start-up practice and having to undergo the process of credentialing for various insurance plans, we decided to start our electronic medical records using Simple Practice. We have easily been able to input our patients' information and insurance information. It's an organized system, and we'd recommend Simple Practice to other start-up practitioners!
