SimplePractice is user friendly ...

SimplePractice is user friendly and easy to navigate. I made the jump from paper and pen to SimplePractice after hearing rave reviews from fellow therapists. I will never return to pen and paper. SimplePractice was quick to learn and provides everything I need to run my private practice efficiently.

Simple Practice has everything I need to seamlessly run my practice. Two thumbs up!

Excellent software program.

I think it is an excellent software product. It does all of the essential tasks well. I especially like the integration with Stripe for credit card payments. The client portal is also a big plus. The automatic appointment reminders save me time and increase the likelihood of clients keeping their appointments.

I like the ability to have all I need…

I like the ability to have all I need to do for my practice in one application. It makes things much more simple and easier.

Great Program, Great Supportive Staff

Thus far, Simple Practice has been great. There are some small things that I wish they would offer with regard to the program; however, I am still giving it 5 stars due to the fact that their team is very responsive with proving help and are always open to suggestions of how to make the system the best for those utilizing it. It has made things like billing insurance and documentation a breeze. I am loving using it in my private practice!

Simple Practice was the best decision for my new practice

After comparing several tools like SimplePractice (SP), I chose SP for 2 main reasons. First, their pricing was worth it. I found that I was receiving great features within an easy to use tool. Secondly, I have never received such extensive support as either a trial user or as a full subscriber. Customer service is great. SimplePractice has most of what I need…

SimplePractice has most of what I need for seamless EMR practice management. Scheduling (and client portal to schedule), client billing, insurance billing, notes, treatment plans and a host of other benefits are all available with SimplePractice. I have been transitioning for about 3 weeks now, and I am already seeing the streamlining of my procedures. Typically I would have spent an entire weekend doing insurance billing.
