I like Simple Practice because it is…user-friendly!

I like Simple Practice because it is seamless. I am able to do EVERYTHING online with the click of a button--literally!! None of the other platforms I tried out do this, OR they're way more expensive. I do feel like they suck you in with the $40 pricetag but don't tell you that you have to pay $40x12 upfront (annual subscription), OR it's $50 per month baseline, so that's the only thing that should change. "Good EHR for mental health "

What do you like best about SimplePractice? It is very easy to use. It has many preloaded documents. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? The treatment plan development could be better. It does not have a way to input progress/regression What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a way to simplify the note writing process and still have all the necessary information.

Simple Practice is an excellent…

Simple Practice is an excellent platform for both the inexperienced to advanced practitioner in establishing a successful practice, whether via Telehealth or in office. Before Simple Practice I had been a…

Before Simple Practice I had been a WeCounsel customer for over six years. I was frustrated with the video portal efficiency and I felt like the system wasn't growing with my practice. Once I found Simple Practice, within a week i felt more efficient in my administrative work. The treatment plans and notes are seamless and my clients love the option to electronically review and sign documents as well as access my calendar. I spend less time on bookkeeping and more time focused on my clients.

Has all the bells and whistles I need ;-)

I’ve been using SimplePractice for several months now. So far, I really like it. The daily agendas are helpful reminders to keep up with my paperwork. I use the paper billing, which is easy (except for it keeps deleting the . in the F codes). Everything is one place- appointments, billing, notes, etc. Customer support is very good as well as they have many tutorials. I do not use any e-billing, appointment reminders, or client portal, so I cannot comment on those services. I definatly think ...

Make it Simple!

I recently started using Simple Practuce from the start of beginning private practuce. I love how some (ha!) it is to use. When I have had questions, I have received support. As a busy therapist, it is so helpful to not have to spend a whole lot of time with paperwork. I highly recommend Simple Practice!

Looks good...

Looks good.... my issue is they do not have a phone number to call someone for questions. I appreciate staffing issues, but the customer service is thus lacking.
