Such a valuable tool in private practice!

Simple practice has made my start to private practice so much easier! I love creating personalized documents and having access to wiley treatment plans. I am in the process of paneling with insurance companies and feel that the billing process will be so much easier with simple practice!

Simple, understandable and effective tool

Simple and everything I need to run my private practice. Really enjoy the client connectivity features (they get text update reminders the day before) and also the connectivity to my own email and calendar (gmail). Really easy to sign up and just tinker around with it and then pretty much know what I am doing within a week or so. So overall I would highly recommend Simple Practice

I've had a really positive experience working with Simple Practice. I am a private practice therapist and appreciate the ability to keep my practice streamlined and efficient with SP's platform. I'm utilizing all of the features they offer. My clients value the integration of technology into working with me, for example the ease of getting an invoice for a session to submit to insurance. Worth the Price

Once you learn how to navigate the system, it's very easy to use. This program seems to cover everything: booking widget for my website, online documentation, online payments, automated appointment reminders, etc. I'm really happy with this program and I love that I can tailor assessments and other forms to meet the needs of my practice.

Get this EHR!

I started my practice a few months ago and SimplePractice has been so helpful to this process! The client portal is my absolute favorite- I get so much feedback from clients about how user friendly it is. And the billing aspect- it is so organized and saves me so many headaches. I love everything that Simple Practice…

I love everything that Simple Practice does and chose it because it was the best balance between what I needed and what I wanted. I will give it 5 stars when the reporting features catch up with everything else on the site. Getting information that I need about money collected, fees charged, etc. is a little more complicated than I would like- but scheduling my sessions, doing notes, and collecting payments is super easy!

I’m still getting acclimated to simple practice. I attempted to reach out to Gillian for another tutorial prior to signing up but never heard back. That could be attributed to my lack of understanding about how to navigate through the software. I’m still confused but I’m using it as best as I can.

I have a small practice and this does the trick. I have the basic account, and while I'm sure the higher level accounts would improve my experience I can't justify upgrading given the size of my practice.
