Started using SP in February and it's great! Very smooth transition and it makes notekeeping and billing so much easier.

"SimplePractice for mental health"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I love that you can add or edit your own client documents. I really like the client portal. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? I wish you could customize different appointment types, maybe by color or something. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling, client access, going paperless.

I've only been a customer for a month…

I've only been a customer for a month and half. So far, my experience with SimplePractice was been great. It's designed for what I need for my company on a day to day basis. The only issue I have is I have to put so many appointments on the calendar daily that it gets confusing when I look at the calendar for a month. It is color coded, but I do have to really look at what I select on the calendar daily because of so many entries.

Simply the best

The support pages are robust as well. Overall a great product. I have been using Simple Practice for about a month as I build a new online teletherapy practice. It has been incredibly easy to use so far,the classes and tutorials have made the learning curve almost non-existent.
