Brand New and Super Satisfied

As someone brand new into practicing 100% solo, Simple Practice has made it so easy and accessible to navigate their program, customize it to my needs, and cut down on delegating tasks to other. Outstanding company with so many perks

Outstanding company with so many perks, I haven't seen a competitor come close! Their use of Wiley Treatment Planners is hands down one of the main reasons I've signed the contract. Their Help Center and support team are upbeat, optimistic, and quick to reply. The web layout is mostly intuitive and very visually pleasing. I'm making the transition to Simple…

I'm making the transition to Simple Practice and the transition has not been as efficient as I imagined it would be. Partly because there is no option to just call a number and speak to a live person. If that could become an option especially with the on-boarding process, I'm sure our experience would have been stellar!

Worth the Price

Once you learn how to navigate the system, it's very easy to use. This program seems to cover everything: booking widget for my website, online documentation, online payments, automated appointment reminders, etc. I'm really happy with this program and I love that I can tailor assessments and other forms to meet the needs of my practice.
