What do you like best? Silent Auction Pro has been a great tool for our school fundraising. We're really not tech types so it's ease of use, and especially the detailed help menu with videos was outstanding. I also must commend their customer service - email and phone - for absolutely being there for us. What do you like best? The customer service rep assigned to my case was FANTASTIC - in fact, she reached out to me more than I had to reach out to her. What do you like best? I love this that software handles everything for our entire event, not just the silent auction. We use it for ticket sales, to print out bid sheets and info sheets for our auction, to keep all the records and reports, for check out, for sending emails and letters to attendees and donors, and for generating tax receipts for donors. What do you like best? The absolute best support you could ask for. There is a great help menu, timely emails and phone call touches. And you can talk to a real person when you need to. What do you like best? SAP is very easy to use and a great price What do you dislike? 2nd year was a little tough because there were instances that came up and we were not aware and did not know to ask ahead of time.
