What do you like best? Reports are easy and accurate, registration & silent auction check out are a breeze. Support staff is knowledgeable and available. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Great interface, powerful tool. Good exports. What do you dislike? I didn't use the bid sheets they provided. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it for our annual Gala auction -- ticket sales, check-in and check-out, reporting. Effortless check-in and check-out and follow-up collections. Nice also to have history from previous years.

What do you like best? The program has all of tools a fundraising team could ask for, and more. I especially like the way I am able to get information in various formats to help manage bidders, seating assignments, ticket purchasers and attendees. Some of my favorite features are the reporting, easy navigation and setup features that were used for our online ticket sales. What do you like best? We do periodic fundraising and events. When we have procedural questions or need to resolve an issue, Silent Auction Pro Support is super quick and very thorough.
