What do you like best? The ease at which I could become accustomed to the interface. What do you dislike? Access to reports and exports isn't the easiest. What do you like best? I really liked the communication features. I was able to send text reminders and custom thank you's to bidders and donors easily! It was so simple to customize a personalized message to all those who contributed to the auction without having to re-collect, organize and merge their contact information. What do you like best? The customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me through the process of set-up and helping me figure it all out. What do you like best? SAP allows a small group of people to organize a complicated auction. The ability to enter donations, create spreadsheets to ensure all donations are accounted for, print bid sheets and analyze the data is so valuable. We started our auctions years ago using a spreadsheet, and mail merge to create bid sheets. We had no online presence so unless you came to our site you couldn't bid on our donations.
