"The Best Product Management App On the Market"
What do you like best about Shortcut? Shortcut is incredibly easy to use and by far the best project management tool I've used since I began working as a software engineer. It does a great job balancing between providing customization and advanced tooling for managers while keeping things intuitive and straightforward for the rest of us. "Excellent & Adaptable Product!"
What do you like best about Shortcut? The ability for groups to collaborate and comment on stories and epics is incredibly valuable for my team. It helps to keep us organized, to set clear expectations and to understand how a piece of work changed as it went through the development process. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I would love the ability to create a Stories template. There are pieces of information that I want to ensure I include on every story we work on. Having a template ...

"I use Shortcut as a Designer at a tech startup."
What do you like best about Shortcut? It's easy to create, edit, and distribute tickets. I enjoy the subdivision of epics/stories/tasks/tags. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish Workflows weren't specific to Teams -- this would allow tickets made in a specific Team/Workflow to be transferred to another Team. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: N/A What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem is that I find myself creating duplicate ...

"Nice alternative to Jira, but lacking some features still"
What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how filtering works in short cut - it seems much easier to find stories in shortcut than previously. Also, they are releasing new features quickly, which is a huge plus! What do you dislike about Shortcut? I don't particularly appreciate how tasks on stories do not get their own number, and you cannot add a description or any reproducible steps. We use that feature to track feedback that needs to be fixed on stories, so I will have to slack the ...

"Shortcut - good for tracking tasks and communicating between teams"
What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how you can create templates for specific issues and how you can "follow" other tickets to watch their progress. The templates are very helpful for time and the "follow" function is great for coworking and monitoring issues that touch multiple teams. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I dislike that you can't create your own sections within Shortcut. I'm a very visual person and I wish I could customize the view a little more so I could sort ...
