What do you like best about Shortcut? Its very intuitive for both PMs like myself and my team. I like that it can easily adapt to our workflow. In my case, my team has grown and we've slowly added process as we need to, and Shortcut lets us easily use as many or as few features as we'd like. What do you dislike about Shortcut? What do you like best about Shortcut? The feature that allows us to create custom workflows. It gives the team the proper customization that fits their development process. "Shortcut - good for tracking tasks and communicating between teams"

What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how you can create templates for specific issues and how you can "follow" other tickets to watch their progress. The templates are very helpful for time and the "follow" function is great for coworking and monitoring issues that touch multiple teams. What do you dislike about Shortcut?
