What do you like best about Shortcut? I love that I can review my tickets, and also what my team has submitted for review. I also like that I can easily search for what the issue I am experiencing is by using tags and keywords. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I do not dislike anything about Shortcut. "Really enjoying Shortcut after years of using JIRA"

What do you like best about Shortcut? The UI and workflow are intuitive and easy to use. It's much simpler to use than JIRA. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish we could select 'send to top' from the board view of a card instead of having to click into the card detail view first. It would make things much easier. What do you like best about Shortcut? Easy, fast and simple. Not too much fluff and intuitive. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Would like better reporting features and analytics. What do you like best about Shortcut? I loved how easy it was to add team members to my workspace. I also liked the integration with Clockify! What do you dislike about Shortcut? I don't really have any complaints - my team and I loved using this piece of software. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using Shortcut to manage projects that we work on for a variety of projects (software related).

What do you like best about Shortcut? I love the burndown feature. It is very helpful What do you dislike about Shortcut? I don't like that when I create a "blocked" by relationship, that does not get removed when the bloking story is moved to completed. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Shortcut? How easy it is to mark different stages. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Some of the sorting features can be confusing to navigate. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? I think that sometimes it is not easy to tell how to mark items. I like how I can assign topics to other members.

What do you like best about Shortcut? Simplicity, speed, ease of use. Opinionated in the right areas, configurable without being overwhelming. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Wish roadmap feature was better - dates are hard to manage. Also miss the native apps for iPad. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Different teams that change for initiative. Coordinating work across different technical disciplines.

What do you like best about Shortcut? Its very intuitive for both PMs like myself and my team. I like that it can easily adapt to our workflow. In my case, my team has grown and we've slowly added process as we need to, and Shortcut lets us easily use as many or as few features as we'd like. What do you dislike about Shortcut?
