"Shortcut is an essential for team productivity"
What do you like best about Shortcut? We love the workflows and filters. It's great that I don't worry about losing state on new tickets. What do you dislike about Shortcut? When the app is down ! We rely on the ticket threads quite a bit to resolve issues. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives us a clear idea of what's in progress for our iterations and who is assigned or looking into what.

What do you like best about Shortcut? I love that I can review my tickets, and also what my team has submitted for review. I also like that I can easily search for what the issue I am experiencing is by using tags and keywords. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I do not dislike anything about Shortcut. "It's been excellent so far"
What do you like best about Shortcut? Simplicity, speed, ease of use. Opinionated in the right areas, configurable without being overwhelming. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Wish roadmap feature was better - dates are hard to manage. Also miss the native apps for iPad. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Different teams that change for initiative. Coordinating work across different technical disciplines.

What do you like best about Shortcut? It is easy to use without too much to distract from the core, intuitive functionality What do you dislike about Shortcut? I would like some native applications, particularly for the phone with push notifications enabled so i don't have to rely on emails What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Shortcut? You can put things in different statuses so it's easy to organize. Also love that you can tag people from your team. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Can be confusing to find past tickets if they were a long time ago. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Use it to connect with our engineers that help fix bugs in the software. It helps keep track of what they are working on and what they have fixed.

"Amazingly helpful tool to track tasks through time"
What do you like best about Shortcut? Shortcut is exceptionally intuitive to use, offering minimal friction to tracking/sharing progress. What do you like best about Shortcut? Short cut's a pretty good project management tool. It's interface is similar to others (like Jira). It can be hard to navigate without a good project manager, but unique project/task naming helps because then you can use the search function to find what you're looking for.
