What do you like best about Shortcut? I love the burndown feature. It is very helpful What do you dislike about Shortcut? I don't like that when I create a "blocked" by relationship, that does not get removed when the bloking story is moved to completed. What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping our milestones in check.

"Great way to collaboratively manage a software project"
What do you like best about Shortcut? Short is great, I love the power search features that allow you to easy filter down onto tickets that are important to a given context. I also find shortcuts to provide interactions that support better collaboration within a team, for example, you can assign two owners to one ticket—allowing people to pair on work easily.
