What do you like best about Shortcut? I love that Shortcut allows me the space to organize my thoughts. I think moreso than Asana, this platform allows for organization and collaboration with images and words. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wouldn't say I like that Shortcut doesn't have a Calendar view for incidents. If I am trying to track trends, there is no Calendar view that allows me to do so. What do you like best about Shortcut? I like how easy it is to use. I came from Jira and had no problems with the UI or any features. There are also some cool convenience features, like being able to drag and drop tickets from one lane to another. What do you dislike about Shortcut? There was a short time when I would have a draft saved on a ticket cause that ticket to not load. Or, if it did, it would take upwards of 10 minutes. What do you like best about Shortcut? I like Shortcut's focus on features and reporting specifically catering to software development teams. Other tools can be made to work well, but either aren't specifically designed for building software products, or feel clunky and like a chore to use. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I've had issues with Shortcut's pricing changes over the years that have impacted my trust in them, though at the moment I do still use the product because I like it. ...

Sometimes I'm not sure if a ticket I was working on was updated. Recommendations to others considering Shortcut: Its better than other products I've used. What do you like best about Shortcut? It has everything you need to track task statuses and organize your work. The filtering is sufficiently powerful so that I can always find what I need fairly quickly. And it's a small thing, but the dark theme is a nice touch. What do you dislike about Shortcut? What do you like best about Shortcut? The tickets/stories are easily updatable and update in near real time. Its also very easy to search and find things What do you dislike about Shortcut? Backlog mgmt. at the individual story level is lacking, specifically, as it relates to viewing a story level backlog by sprint. It is hard to prioritize at this level as a product owner and see what stories are tied to each parent epic. Jira does this well and Shortcut seems to lack this view. It would ...
