"Very organized project management system"
What do you like best about Shortcut? Shortcut allows me to break down projects with milestones, epics, and stories. Those levels of organization are super helpful to managing design, development, and launch of features, fixes, and product improvements. The ability to tag, label, assign ownership, and comment on any project helps the team work together better. What do you dislike about Shortcut? Getting started wasn't an intuitive process for me, so there has been a bit of a learning curve ...

Backlog mgmt. at the individual story level is lacking, specifically, as it relates to viewing a story level backlog by sprint. "I use Shortcut as a Designer at a tech startup."
What do you like best about Shortcut? It's easy to create, edit, and distribute tickets. I enjoy the subdivision of epics/stories/tasks/tags. What do you dislike about Shortcut? I wish Workflows weren't specific to Teams -- this would allow tickets made in a specific Team/Workflow to be transferred to another Team. "Takes a little bit of getting used to, but overall a great project management solution"
What do you like best about Shortcut? It has everything you need to track task statuses and organize your work. The filtering is sufficiently powerful so that I can always find what I need fairly quickly. And it's a small thing, but the dark theme is a nice touch. What do you dislike about Shortcut? It takes a bit of getting used to switching from another system; the naming conventions are different than others (e.g. Jira). What problems is Shortcut solving and how is that benefiting ...
