"Good software"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? The layout of the calendar is similar to Google calendar which makes training and transitioning easy. Integrates with stripe well and also QuickBooks which will make bookkeeping much more simple. Over the last 4 years we have been promised a new platform and upgraded backend but have only experienced massive slowdowns and significant price hikes which is a complete slap in the face to their original userbase who have been loyal since the beginning. ...

"Valuable tool for Business!"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? There are a lot of features I like, The calendar is super easy to navigate and set up appointments for my customer. I also like the Texting aspect and the reminder appointments. Customer Support is always there to help which is a major factor for myself. We use it daily for our shop. It was super easy to intergrate quickbook with it too.

"Great Product Getting Better"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? We have been using Shopmonkey for over 3.5 years. Our customers LOVE the digital inspections and we love that it is built in. We are awaiting the release of HD 2.0 so we vcan switch over to the new platform, but all good things in time. It is not perfect but it works well for us, and their responsivness to customer input is outstanding. It is easy to use and to teach to new employees. We use it all day every day.

It was really easy to get the hang of it and learn how to use the tools, the dashboard layout is ideal because it shows everything there layed out in front of you to be able to see and organize as you wish instead of having to look up each customer / vehicle as you go. What do you like best about Shopmonkey? Shopmonkey's Work flow interface is clean, clear and so helpful in staying organized with many work orders and technicians in our facility. This program is leaps and bounds above our old software.

"Excellent and Easy to Use!"

What do you like best about Shopmonkey? I love that it can preload parts and labor based on labor guides as well as get diagrams and procedures. I also love that I can see recalls and carfax reports. The customer support is great as well!
