I am sending the mail again and again and calling your call center executive again and again that the remittance of amount 1 lakh rupees is put on hold for no reason the excuse provided to me is a technical issue and it's been more then 24 hours for this. really poor services ....customer care always take actively work very slow.............don't have mutually coordination. unable to find out why my curior not pick up from last 4 dasy . i gess i prepaid the amount that why ..........not good for prepaid .........they are really slow . assured me it will delivers in 2 days ...........from last 4 to 5 dasy have not receive curior ... i cought in trap by prepaid of my currior

THE WORST LOGISTIC PARTNER EXPERIENCE EVER. SUCH A CHEATER AND FRAUD COMPANY. SHOPIFY PANEL IS WORST. ORDERS TAKE 1-2 HOURS TO GET FATCHED. HIGH RTO% WITH NO SUPPORT FROM ACS MANAGER. HIGH WEIGHT DISCREPANCY ISSUE. THEY WILL LITERALLY CHEATT YOU BY OVERCHARGING. I WROTE A MAIL TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY ALONG WITH ALL TARIL MAILS , SUPPORT BUT ALL IN VAIN. DONT GET TRAP. I really appreciate you concern and I think if you will discuss with Mr VIKAS and tell him.....That now there is nothing negative in Royale Holidays Group account of Mr Ali Chandiwala, So why are you purposely harrasing MR Ali Chandiwala and tell him that there are millions of customers who are Muslim so tell him to dont involve religion in buisness And all religion customers are one they are Indian...And Tell VIKAS that atleast reply back to Mr Ali Chandiwala he has send you sms 100 times ...

I was informed that our account is terminated on 10th Dec 2019 and all pending payments will be released in 45 days. now we are in Feb its almost been more than 2 and half months there is no proper update. customer support is pathetic, no professionalism still we are chasing them for our money, i think Ship rocket is a big scam and they are targeting sellers.

Today I got a mail saying that there is weight discrepancy. When I saw it I was totally disturbed. It says that INR 21000 has been put on hold. The shipments mentioned were three months earlier. All this happened when tomorrow my INR 25000 COD amount was about to get cleared. Seriously, how can a person do business when we have to pay the whole amount for shipping. And no one will listen to my concern, I know that very well. All my money and hardwork is gone.

Pathetic ServiceIf I could have seen a big ZERO in STAR, I would give the same to SHIP-ROCKET. They are ZERO in their service, they do not understand how to do business and how to full fill promises. I tried their service, but they are just money maker and they does not give any service, they don't care if your packets pick up, ship or delivered to your customer. They will just deduct high charges on packets. They commits they just charge 27/500gm and I paid them 270 rs for 500 g and one ...
