In 2017 when I started my business I hired these guys which has cost me more than 20000 INR, which is a big amount for a small business. They have misplaced multiple packages, overcharged almost 70 percent without any kind of notice and did not help when I had filed complaints. They also had some software glitch where they misplaced 2000INR of my credit amount. i have dispatch the my order on 23rd of feb from Ghazvanid to Lucknow and today is 21 st march when i am giving this review ....and my order did not delivered to Lucknow yet...very much frustrated........very bad service i have ever faced with ship rocket. worst customer care service ,, they only know one thing which need to tell over the call.." we have escalated your case to the next team.Do Not Use Ship rocket Service guys .. they just waste your time and money.... use direct courier ...

3rd class service. courier boy wrong remark dalte hai, dilivry atempt nhi krte call bhi nhi krte customers ko. or remark jo man aata h dalte h uske bad shiprocket bolti h call recording screenshot share kro wo bhi krne k baad b customers pr inko belive nhi hota. courier ka remark sahi h. or RTO k charges lga kr paisa lot rhe h. recomended. delhivry, shiplyt or many more. 2 year ka exp. h phle acha tha shiprocket magar eb 3rd class ho gya hai inka service. koi bhi ise use mt krna.

Toady they blocked my account because I do complain. They prove they are Fraud company.... Changed pincode by its system and also delivered Example: address Delhi ka pincode change karke Bangalore ka ho gaya aur courier valo ne customer ko call kiya and delivery bhi bata diya par customer ko delhi me Kaise mileaga parcel to Bangalore gaya to sirf ullu banaya parcel chori Karte he Call nahi uthate Koi action nahi courier company k khilap You don't have to wonder.
