This company shows a middle finger to atmanirbhar abhiyan of our honoured PM. Like I really wish some customer oriented USA based company comes in India and gives a kick on this company's but. In 2017 when I started my business I hired these guys which has cost me more than 20000 INR, which is a big amount for a small business. They have misplaced multiple packages, overcharged almost 70 percent without any kind of notice and did not help when I had filed complaints. 3rd class service. courier boy wrong remark dalte hai, dilivry atempt nhi krte call bhi nhi krte customers ko. or remark jo man aata h dalte h uske bad shiprocket bolti h call recording screenshot share kro wo bhi krne k baad b customers pr inko belive nhi hota. courier ka remark sahi h. or RTO k charges lga kr paisa lot rhe h. recomended. delhivry, shiplyt or many more. 2 year ka exp. h phle acha tha shiprocket magar eb 3rd class ho gya hai inka service. koi bhi ise use mt krna.
