Hi....am rating below stars ..not interested to give even single star.... One of the worst Customer Care. I have never seen in the planet...Not my single queries addressed.... They not even bothered to respond... They concern only about their money but not customer satisfaction...

Worst service
Worst service. Better you talk to one transporter and get the things done on time. These guys just talk talk and talk. No solution provider. Don't rely on their talk.Most of the transporters services are pathetic. No scheduled pick up, No scheduled delivery and after that no information sharing. No escalation. I won't recommend anyone to use their services at all.

Big time shipping fraud company. All shipments shipped will be charged 3-4 times and if you have proof also they can reject any time.

Shiprocket doing fraud in every possible way
This company is doing fraud in every possible way. They will process your shipment and after that they will send weight discrepancy issues. First they gave me weight discrepancy and charged near about 700rs then suddenly after week they charged for other weight discrepancy 1800rs . This is completely fraud. You will get stuck once you step in. Don't go for shiprocket

shiprocket are Biggest fraud they change the parcel and u wont be able to communicate them..they have option to chat with us but once u will chat they wont reply as soon as u get away after 2-3 hrs they will reply n close the ticket asap. They have changed my parcel worth rupees 4000 now I am helpless till 3 day they have not supported n 4th day they saying u should complain withindays...worst service u will frequently get ur parcel changed n u wont be able to reach them so be aware before ...
