Shiprocket doesn't care if your item is delivered or not. They have partnered with worst of the courier partners like Ekart logistics who do not offer any phone or email customer support. They just eat up your parcel and do not bother to respond.

Shiprocket doesn't even deserve 1 star

Shiprocket doesn't even deserve 1 star. Only thing that matters to them is their fraud courier partners, esp Delhivery and Xpressbees.For example, you send a 200gm product of 22x10x10 dimension, you pay 35 rs to Xpressbees for local delivery. But later, your wallet amount will be on hold for an amount equivalent to 2.2 kilo. Its not over here. They ask you for the images of shipment with dimensions. Worst company

Worst company. First off all so many RTO orders. The courier companies are not even attempting to deliver the products to customer. Giving fake reasons that customer rejected without even calling them for a delivery. Plus they are making money with weight issues where in all the dimensions and weight correctly mentioned. My company is in loss due to shiprocket service.

One of the worst customer support ever…

One of the worst customer support ever seen. Thou we send them not to give the copy paste and forwarded reply to our tickets. they don’t care itself they only forward the same copy paste answer to all the ticket and the pickup for package Is thou delayed for a month. They dropped us an email stating we will pickup the order on the same day but then non of the orders are picked up as they say. Still there are so many order waiting for the pickup. Fraud shipper of fraud sellers

@ShiprocketIndia Had to give one star since no option of negative marking.They r dealing with fraud sellers who ship wrong cheap stuff n after taking money u can't chase anywhere. Sellers give email ids n reviews column but they r fake. When u write reviews they r not shown anywhere. It will always come b the first to review.
