NO Care for costumer

I was on shiprocket website for find good delivery support. i chat with their system and also after that i register a account with them. But no call receive from their side next day i call , they said me for wait but after 20-30 minute disconnect the call. again today i call them and they follow same ,ask me for hold and after Approx 25 minute disconnect the call. So i feel very bad experiences from Shiprocket.

As an online seller delivering my products to my costumers safe and securely has always been a biggest hurdle i have to face . Very bad, They deliver to the wrong address and after complaining they are not responding. May be they kept to use itself.

Very rude behavior by delivery guy

Very rude behavior by delivery guy, first of all their delivery boy won't call you.. They will just reschedule your parcel stating the customer denied it which is never the case, their second trick is to give a little ring to cust registered number and when cust call back on the same number they won't pick up and will reschedule the order... The worst, the pathetic courier service

The most fraudulent company ever seen in courier segment. Don't deal in Shiprocket. They will bite your your profit in business. They are the thief in day light. The parcel which volumetric weight would be approx 0.26 kg, they will charge .62 kg after 20-25 days weight reconciliation. If you ask to show the proof, then they will ask to give proof..

Shiprocket doesn't care if your item is…

Shiprocket doesn't care if your item is delivered or not. They have partnered with worst of the courier partners like Ekart logistics who do not offer any phone or email customer support. They just eat up your parcel and do not bother to respond.

Shiprocket doesn't even deserve 1 star

Shiprocket doesn't even deserve 1 star. Only thing that matters to them is their fraud courier partners, esp Delhivery and Xpressbees.For example, you send a 200gm product of 22x10x10 dimension, you pay 35 rs to Xpressbees for local delivery. But later, your wallet amount will be on hold for an amount equivalent to 2.2 kilo. Its not over here. They ask you for the images of shipment with dimensions.
