Fake organisation

Fake organisation. 9 out of 12 of shipments they deducted more money after they told me a price after putting exact size in centimetres and weight in Kg which is 15cmX 19cm X 6cm and 0.66kg. now after all payments and delivery they are raising a dispute without proof and deducted my money and customer service is so bad that you can't get through chat or email

They will loose your products and dont…

They will loose your products and dont every care to respond or inform you regarding it.Their call centre will have waiting and will never answer.they will ask as to mail or chat on their panel but you will never get proper response.More than all this, all the parcel will show weight Discrepancies and they will charge very high for the weight discripanciesThank you Ritvika Naidu9833963997

They r the biggest cheats in the face of earth ,the weight discrepancy system is soo bad that half of the case gets won and other half gets charged , even though we ship the same dimensions package evry single time

This co. Should be closed & promoters jailed

This company deserves to be closed and it's promoters jailed for fraud. They misplaced our multiple RTO packages and the compensation issued by courier companies was gobbled by this fraud company ! It's been 6 months now and each time they want us to "elaborate the problem". The promoters need to get jailed without bail for eating up customer's money.Avoid them at all costs!

NO Care for costumer

I was on shiprocket website for find good delivery support. i chat with their system and also after that i register a account with them. But no call receive from their side next day i call , they said me for wait but after 20-30 minute disconnect the call. again today i call them and they follow same ,ask me for hold and after Approx 25 minute disconnect the call. So i feel very bad experiences from Shiprocket.

Very rude behavior by delivery guy

Very rude behavior by delivery guy, first of all their delivery boy won't call you.. They will just reschedule your parcel stating the customer denied it which is never the case, their second trick is to give a little ring to cust registered number and when cust call back on the same number they won't pick up and will reschedule the order... The worst, the pathetic courier service
