Horrible Services from Shiprocket
As a new client of Shiprocket, we faced lot of issues in API integration. I am very surprised the way Shiprocket team behaves as soon as we bought the account.There is no one who listen in this company. Multiple calls, number of tickets have been raised on our issue. We just received unwanted offers from Shiprocket and a simple message that ticket is being worked upon. THERE IS ZERO SUPPORT.Never expected such FAKE services from their end.

Shiprocket hold our amount and put in weight descrepancies. After putting all photographs with dimensions also, they will not return your amount.And there is no customer care to talk .

Poor customer care and very long turnaround time
I had recently registered at ShipRocket as a new user. No one followed up for on-boarding for a week. Then I mistakenly purchased the Pro-plan worth 3540 Rs thinking that it would be adjusted in my shipping charges.I realised my mistake the same day and placed a request for Plan downgrade, which is an option given in their policy. COD amount not remitted since March 2020
I trusted them for a long time. I was recently checking my accounts and saw that COD Remittance from Shiprocket was not being credited to my account since March 2020. I have raised the complaint twice but I have not received any inputs from them. My Complaint Number is : 1060382

fraud Company Don't Join Shiprocket
Shiprocket is the worst logistic aggregator. They have the worst support team Never Join Them if you are joining you are creating a headache for yourself Better to join Delhivery or any logistic aggregator They only fool the customers On each and every packet there is a weight discrepancy

Simply don't go with Shiprocket.
I see a huge number of negative reviews here and I don't need to tell another same story about this company. I had the same worst experience with these guys. Please don't go with them.

this company is all about holding your remittance amount and weight discrepancy, you invest your money in products, spend in ads and courier and then pay them for silly reasons. like i am selling mosquito trap the total weight of my product is 350 grams with packaging material and they are charging as per 1.7KG .totally fraud company.0 star
