WORST SERVICE
Scam...Giving 1 star as there is no option for 0.. worst service ever experienced.. they made me waiting for 19 days and returned the item back to seller without informing me..Never deal with them.. Don't waste your time and money

Beware - No Wallet recharge despite paying 19000/-
It is very unfortunate that such a promising company is slipping out on their services levels. I have been their customer (Company ID 233868) for more than a year now. Never had issues with them till March 2020, but alas, seemed that their service levels - be it pickup, delivery, customer care all fell apart. Worst system, Horrible support, Unethical Practises
We have used multiple courier services and aggregators, without doubt we van rank Shiprocket as #1 WORST Shipping aggregator.They have illiterate and hopeless irresponsible support staff. We have support tickets raised 6 months back which are still pending to be resolved.They cheat and extract more money by raising unethical weight discrepancy, and even though you submit actual proofs, they reject and debit your wallet.Inshort, they will extort money and say that on your face in ...

Shiprocket is scam
Shiprocket is scam. Worst customer support, worst delivery channels. 90% fake delivery attempts. More than 90% RTO and RTO products never reach seller location. They are Nationwide scammers. Gonna sue these scammers soon. If you ever plan to tieup with shiprocket for courier, consider delaying the work a bit and check with their competitor. They are worthless in each and every aspect.

Four days ago
Four days ago, I have booked the courier Service in Ship-rocket (AWB No: 4867610425504). Still They are not pickup my courier. I have Followup with Email and phone.Still there is no response. Customer service is Forrest. I strongly don't recommend this courier service.

Don't use Shiprocket services - Its a scam
Don't use Shiprocket services, they are big cheaters as they have a tendency to deduct more money after they confirm a price despite of putting exact size in centimetres and weight in Kg. They are asking customer to maintain balance for this purpose only so that they can take out money as per their will for no reasons. In my case they did it after 4 months and when same was asked through ticket then they have forwarded a fake invoice for differential amount and closed the ticket. How and ...
