We have used multiple courier services and aggregators, without doubt we van rank Shiprocket as #1 WORST Shipping aggregator.They have illiterate and hopeless irresponsible support staff. Shiprocket is scam

Shiprocket is scam. Worst customer support, worst delivery channels. 90% fake delivery attempts. More than 90% RTO and RTO products never reach seller location. They are Nationwide scammers. Gonna sue these scammers soon. If you ever plan to tieup with shiprocket for courier, consider delaying the work a bit and check with their competitor. They are worthless in each and every aspect.

Four days ago, I have booked the courier Service in Ship-rocket (AWB No: 4867610425504). Still They are not pickup my courier. I have Followup with Email and phone.Still there is no response. Customer service is Forrest. I strongly don't recommend this courier service.

Don't use Shiprocket services - Its a scam

Don't use Shiprocket services, they are big cheaters as they have a tendency to deduct more money after they confirm a price despite of putting exact size in centimetres and weight in Kg. They are asking customer to maintain balance for this purpose only so that they can take out money as per their will for no reasons. Horrible Services from Shiprocket

As a new client of Shiprocket, we faced lot of issues in API integration. I am very surprised the way Shiprocket team behaves as soon as we bought the account.There is no one who listen in this company. Multiple calls, number of tickets have been raised on our issue. We just received unwanted offers from Shiprocket and a simple message that ticket is being worked upon. THERE IS ZERO SUPPORT.Never expected such FAKE services from their end.

I had recently registered at ShipRocket as a new user. No one followed up for on-boarding for a week.
