Is there was a zero or negative star in the rating , I would have given that as well. Pathetic customer support over any issue. Worst part is you loose hell lot of money over non sense weight disputes raised by them. You keep writing mails or raise tickets for nothing. All their executives, so called experts that have sitting there been just making fools & giving robotic answers. Pls save your time & money by not using Shiprocket.

I wanted to add 0 stars but unfortunately this system is not allowing to do so.I would like to bring u all in notice that this company is really a fraud company and I have a proofs for telling them fraud.Once u start shipping more than 10 15 shipments all will go good till u be happy and add a lump-sum amount to wallet as soon as after 10 15 days u would be banged up with weight disputes and trust me they also raised a weight dispute for a envelope which hardly had a rakhi and a letter ...

We having account with shiprocket for more than years. but in the last 6 months especially in the last 3 months, their service in customer support is really gone worst as possible. Reasons: 1. Zero Customer support to solve their problem. These guys following the ticketing tools to track tickets but without responding properly they are closing the tickets. Their PC portal tool is excellent, I would give it an 9/10, but their customer service i would rate 0/10. Lot of technical glitches, no real support from the company, no communication on relaxing the client to understand the issues they are facing. I understand it might be a hard time due to covid. But the communication is sub standard. If you cannot handle the work load, dont pick up the work load. I hope the competition is able to pick up on the deman.
