Its Fraud Company with third grade…

Its Fraud Company with third grade Customer Service. Without any valid reason they deactivated my account stating a reason of Suspicious Activity and when I complained about the same, they are giving no resolution but buying a time with monotonous reply. Also, there is no executive with whom they escalate the matter.They are sitting on the money which I have transferred into wallet and thete is no option of returning of the money to your account.The whole company is Suspicious and Fraud.

Hopeless service

Hopeless service. I have to receive a parcel from Mumbai. It was booked on 18th august and reached bangalore on 21st august. The expected date of delivery was mentioned as 28th august 2020, postponed to 29th august and now to 30th august 2020. Everyday they postpone the date of delivery without assigning any reason. Fraud company Now they have postponed it to 31st august, then to 1st september and now to 2nd september. Fraud. Have a provision in you rating to give zero or minus stars.

Is there was a zero or negative star in the rating , I would have given that as well. Pathetic customer support over any issue. Worst part is you loose hell lot of money over non sense weight disputes raised by them. You keep writing mails or raise tickets for nothing. All their executives, so called experts that have sitting there been just making fools & giving robotic answers. Pls save your time & money by not using Shiprocket.

Their PC portal tool is excellent, I would give it an 9/10, but their customer service i would rate 0/10. Lot of technical glitches, no real support from the company, no communication on relaxing the client to understand the issues they are facing. I understand it might be a hard time due to covid. But the communication is sub standard. If you cannot handle the work load, dont pick up the work load. I hope the competition is able to pick up on the deman.
