Pathetic service
Pathetic service, as iam writing today i have still not received my parcel back. I shipped via DELHIVERY COURIER SERVICE of shiprocket on 1st july 20, it was never delivered to my customer and on 25th aug it was automatically rto initiated, but as of today 7th sep , still my parcel is at DC. It has not moved out. I raised multiple tickets, emailed many times, called many times but still i have not received my parcel back at origin. worst service. dont go for it even if some reviews are positive.
I am here specifically to tell that my shipment was returned to origin without delivery attempt. i had raised ticket on 30 June. and take follow up from time to time. they closed my ticket without even resolution. after that I have called them for more than 50 times. they told me that I will get callback. my ticket is on priority blah blah. they made false promises for more than 50 times. there representatives disconnected my call purposely more than 50 times and never called back despite ...
