Pure fraud company.
Pure fraud company.For everyorder they will create weight issue. For 50 g products they will charge 2kg weight everytime. This platform is a big scam. When you cann them they will disconnect the call.

Customer support is very poor
Customer support is very poor. Proof of delivery is always forged. If customer did not get parcel they will keep on sending fake proof of delivery.Though it is feature rich. Makes easy to ship orders. But need to improve customer support a lot.

This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company. It will always charge you extra for your parcel saying that weight or dimension was more.When we raise dispute. They will ask for proof. I dont know who send parcel by clicking photo of measurement and weight. Though we have done it with utmost careWhen we ask for proof they dont have proof but we have cumpulsion to produce proof.Just saying that according to us weight or dimension was more so we dont accept dispute.I am asking that if weight was more than claim ...

Extra charge added for no reason + Always Pickup Delay
Why is the extra weight added to my shipping... when I have shipped the same product earlier this issue didn't happen.I have always paid for extra weight - then the actual weight which is lesser then 15 grams but I make payment for the volumetric weight which is 100 grams - Then why is more weight added to my order??Is it something to trick seller and charge extra??I believe I have to stop using shiprocket....
