One of the worst courier services ..i…
One of the worst courier services ..i have ever faced ..no professiinalism at all in the services..its been more than 15 days that they have not picked up my courier..app is so cheap that i am not able to cancel it and i have recorded the screen sharing video too for refrence..since the app not able to cancel my pick up everyday executives calls me and asks me the no and address ..when asked to transfer it to supervisor or manager ..they simply fool that yes i have given the complaint ...

Well said by many other people that they have no control on their courier partners.They are completely robotic and does not understand the issue.I packed a shipment with two items in the packet and sealed it. Customer received the packet and could make out that there are no two items and there is one item. Customer did not open the packet and called me. I asked customer if he had opened the packet. Customer denied and said that it could be made out by the packet itself.I asked customer to ...

I did the stupidest mistake by trusting…
I did the stupidest mistake by trusting shiprocket. I had shipped an art work framed from Mumbai to UP. It was delivered in pieces today and I am so disappointed with that. I would have rather gone with the gov courier service. Despite telling them it has a delicate object. Despite wrapping it in 10 layers they managed to break it. Worst experience ever.
