Shiprocket by far has the most user friendly and technically sound platform amongst other players in this segment. The good part is that they keep on bringing in new features which helps to improve the experience. Although service support can be improved a bit more. Overall a useful and productive SAAS option.

When it comes to delivering the products, then their partners are right, but the real challenge is that they keep raising weight discrepancies repeatedly, and ShipRocket always works in their favour, and we end up losing money.I have 15 weight discrepancies issues are pending out of those, ten are from 3 months back, three are two months ago, and the rest is fresh.When their courier partner raises weight discrepancy, we get a time of seven days to upload the images; else, it gets resolved ...

Total waste. I have problem with the shiprocket...Never go for it. Its just a waste. They ask us to recharge and after the recharging. My two orders weren't picked up. I went for esclation. No one contacted me... i requested for call back nothing happend. It happend with my two orders. For the 1st one i had to wait for 8 days for the pickup executive. Test your patience with ShipRocket - Terrible service

Total useless. Their Support should be taken down instead of testing everyone's patience. Right parcels don't reach youConfusion in parcelsClaims that parcel is given, they dont reach youThrowing of the parcel leading to damages. Reaching the support takes ages and once its connect they do nothing to resolve the issue. I wish i could give 0 stars.
