Extremely poor services and pathetic response from customer care
I had booked a parcel having AWB Number 1504817895904 and this was so urgent. But after so many of attempts this could not been pocked up from last 3 days.Every time we get a message of resolution of complaint which is totally false. Customer care can't provide a number of local office and every time they have one reply that complaint will be resolved in 24 hrs which never comes. Umesh G

Very very bad service
Very very bad service, seriously unprofessional staff, they just want that customer should add money in the there shiprocket wallet and after adding money to your wallet you will unable to operate it, your money will be remain in wallet and you will be unable to use it, no parcel will book, very bad customer service, not receiving our call and complaints.Shiprocket is fraud company.Pls don't use this app, both your time and money will be waste.

I would love to give -1 stars but…
I would love to give -1 stars but there is no option. This company is a fraud and they cheat and loot customers by weight discrepancies. They have charged exorbitantly high for my 35 shipments in last one month. Almost Rs.5000 plus extra. Their dispute resolution is one sided, they ask you take 5 images of each shipment and even though I provided shipment they still rejected the dispute. Their customer support is pathetic doesn't answer any question in favour of us. They just keep asking us ...

One of the best available aggregators
One of the best available aggregators, barring the normal custimer care services, rest is fine. But the most important is your KAM. Luckily in my case, we have a great KAM so would rate 5.

Very bad experience with this service
Very bad experience with this service. To delay the delivery, they lie about non availability of customer or mobile not reachable. They took my order and not delivered it for 27 days, and finally they initiated RTO itself. Very poor service.

They’re the best!
I’ve been using shiprocket for over 2 months now and have shipped more than 1000 orders.. Their services are simply amazing. The panel is soo easy to use and the support team is very prompt too. Even the prices they offer are very reasonable and competitive. Overall they are the best at what they do.. and anyone looking for a logistics support for their e-commerce venture must look nowhere further!

Totally disappointed with shiprocket in my first courier parcel. Nobody picks customer care number, even no alternative number to contact.

Don't get lured by the shipping…
Don't get lured by the shipping charges.. They will recover everything through false weight discripancy. They have charged 148 of my orders which were of 0.4kg, they charged for 10kgs.. No help from customer care.. Nothing at all.. Parcels getting lost, parcels getting damaged.... Shiprocket sucks, don't let them fool you..
