Hello Team,I was using Shiprocket and i had a very bad experience with them. these guys don't respond on time. they don't provide you exact information regarding their services.i would suggest not to use shiprocket for any delivery.Not worth.

Worst delivery service
Worst delivery service. The product(AWB : SRTP00 75382386) has been picked from the seller on Dec 7th and it is Dec 22nd today, there is no progress from Dec 7.The package when tracked shows no progress and when we reach ship rocket customer care, the response is not good.They ask us to contact the seller.The seller is asking to contact shiprocket.They are playing fun gane with our money.Customer care is not even asking tracking ID from me.What is the purpose of this customer service then?

Worst service not more than money snatcher
Guys, hope this review will stop you to opting shiprocket. Basically no single online shipping is reliable. Shiprocket also in that. I have faced worst experience, headache, frustration, time wasting, loss of huge amount. I have booked 800 shipments in months with shiprocket, but after some time company has stated to raise fake weight discrepancy. which was 99% wrong discrepancy. I had complained so many times. company says issue raised by courier company - which was very wrong. company ask ...
