Shiprocket shows very less price but…
Shiprocket shows very less price but they will recover all money via Weight Discrepancy. They will ask all the proofs from you and then they will say it is false data. They will not show you the data received from the courier service. And they are very smart as soon as you put the money they will create discrepancy for 2 months and 3 months old courier. Knowingly customer will not have any data to claim. This is how they earn money.

Worst experience with Shiprocket. Horrible support team. They are the least customer centric organisation. Not a single staff is adequately trained to resolve queries. Would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a product (A finger print scanner) from Radium Box who unfortunately used ShipRocket as their shipping company. The CHORs at ShipRocket switched my new product with an old / used product and also changed the packet to a used Amazon box. Shiprocket has NO Customer service. They are their to fool and cheat people and make money in whatever way they can. They have a so-called customer service phone number which in turns gives you other different phone numbers to call. Best amongst aggregators however needs improvement on customer care
I have been using Shiprocket for over an year now and the service quality has improved since then still there is scope of improvement for customer call center and TAT management. However, your KAM is a key for all your problems and lucky to have Asmita as the KAM to resolve the queries by always going out of the way, so thanks to her, I'm still using shiprocket

Pathetic. This group is non functional, they have started a set up just to utilise sellers funds. The business model is as mentioned below.1. A sellers books a consignment by selecting the weight of the package.2. The application flashes a list of couriers available at the destination and source pincode.3.
