The reports from your panel is helpful. Just please check on the delivery vendors, we use to face False Delivery Reason and because of that, the return ratio gets increase.

Very un professional, non reliable & trustable.
My order id 2391, tracking id 109183368606, received message as delivered on 16th dec but not yet delivered, Shiprocket & delhivery are liar's only wasting time no solution only excuse never deal with this hopeless co's & waste your valuable money.
