Packages not delivered
I have shipped 3 parcels to Delhi using Ship Rocket through Ekart. The three shipments are showing delivered on 6th January, 2021 but non of them delivered yet. The total value of the shipment was Rs 13, 000/- (Thirteen Thousand Only). I contacted shiprocket through support but they are giving automated replies only. No one is helping to solve the issue. Please deliver the shipments on urgent basis or reimburse us for the loss.

Horrible experience,,booked a courier to assam, courier was not delivered. Fake receiving sign were shown..That is so very bad.

Very bad service,order was not deliver…
Very bad service,order was not deliver at given time,extend pickup date,not support to customer.very bad service do not use shiprocket to send couriour.very bad Service.My order is given to office and order was not send forward.Only said in procces .

The Surface is faster than Air
The Surface is faster than Air, they charge more for Air but the delivery Surface is faster. and pickup service very very poor does not matter how many times you complain about it.

Worse Experince
Worse Experince. I used shadowfax thru them to send Apple items to Bangalore from Mumbai and their staff have stolen the items from the package an delivered the empty box. On complaining, they take over a month to investigate claiming that the box was intact so they can’t do anything about it! All of them work together to rob people. I lost items worth Rs 50k.
