Pathetic experience with shiprocket. Tried reaching the delivery guy multiple times but he didn't respond and their whats app and mails are useless for raising complaints.

False weight discrepancy claims
Hi Everyone,I am writing to let you all know that shiprocket steals money from your wallet as soon as you recharge your account. the moment you recharge it will bring up weight discrepancy issues for orders that are more than 2-3 months old and put your money on hold and when you get in touch they will ask you to give the dimension of the same product packaging as they understand it's for old orders and later reject it stealing all your money from your wallet, if you want to run your ...

Very bad experience with ship rockets…
Very bad experience with ship rockets customer service. My shipment hasn’t been picked up since 3 days. Every day I escalate the pick, every day they close the ticket stating the ticket has been resolved. No reasons provided. When my person demanded to speak with a manager, they were asked to hold an hour and still no manager on call. They are fraud
They are fraud. They don't deliver and nor do they ans... My shipment is lost.. and nobody is giving any ans.. not recommended at all.
