I used it for 3 months and i was litrally so frustred and mad about thier service. Customer service is so pathetic never give resolutionand order get rto without attemptfake deliveryi suggest directy talk with courier rather than choosing this company

Be aware!! Go only if you want to lose your hard earned money!!
Such a pathetic experience. They have charged us for 55 kg for a parcel of just 1.5 kg. Reported and created many tickets but closed un-resolved. After a few days, my all parcels were over-charged in the name of weight discrepancy. When I showed the proof they said you have to submit it with in 3 day. Now billing with courier partner is done.Sheer fraud kind of things !! Nothing else
