Good but courier company have a loophole to loot money in the name of weight discrepencies. The seller can do nothing about it. We simply have to lose money.

It is very useful but need to be very careful. They are raising weight discrepencies on very old orders. The actual weight will only be under 500grams but they claim that that weight is more than 2kg and they just put random package dimensions. If we raise dispute, the courier will simply close the case saying that there is no adequate information. Have stopped using shiprocket once they started looting money in the name of weight discrepencies. Beware of these kinds of fraud

Pathetic experience with shiprocket. Tried reaching the delivery guy multiple times but he didn't respond and their whats app and mails are useless for raising complaints.

Very bad experience with ship rockets…

Very bad experience with ship rockets customer service. My shipment hasn’t been picked up since 3 days. Every day I escalate the pick, every day they close the ticket stating the ticket has been resolved. No reasons provided. When my person demanded to speak with a manager, they were asked to hold an hour and still no manager on call. Today, while chatting with an executive called Priyanka, when I asked for complaint process, she simply closed the chat. I’d rather pay Rs. 10 more and not ...
