You guys suck. I'm sorry for using words like this. I'm a business owner and have used your portal for delhivery. You dont tell m that the manifest has to be signed and that lady anupama your executive who's a fail should be not there to answer calls when she cant help me in any way. Seriously not expectedIf someone is using your portal and if you have a training facility please give all information to the customer rather than being a non helper

Good but courier company have a loophole to loot money in the name of weight discrepencies. The seller can do nothing about it. We simply have to lose money.
It is very useful but need to be very careful. They are raising weight discrepencies on very old orders. The actual weight will only be under 500grams but they claim that that weight is more than 2kg and they just put random package dimensions. If we raise dispute, the courier will simply close the case saying that there is no adequate information. Have stopped using shiprocket once they started looting money in the name of weight discrepencies. Beware of these kinds of fraud
