Onboarding Experience - Bryce Clark
Bryce Clark was the onboarding associate who guided us through the entire ShipMonk onboarding process. From start to finish Bryce gave clear directions on every onboarding step. She also was available at any time to answer questions we had and provided clear and direct steps/answers every time. Without Bryce the onboarding experience would have been challenging but she made it a complete breeze.

Can't Sing High Enough Praises!
Can't sing high enough praises for Franklin and the Shipmonk Team in Kentucky. When unexpected things happen (like a supplier inadvertently shipping a package of marketing samples for a photoshoot to a warehouse for sale), they responded with grace, poise and exactitude. Shipmonk was able to receive, repackage, and send out within hours, overnighting the package to its original destination and ready in time for the photoshoot! Great Follow-Up
Kristy took the time to walk me through each and every charge/fee/cost on our monthly bills. She was able to clear up a lot of my confusion and helped me understand how I can work to reduce monthly cost.
