What an awful company
What an awful company. They take forever to ship. Receiving is a nightmare and our products are often "lost" and then reappear somehow. At least 3 times a month, they send our customers products from other companies (other clients of Shipmonk). And the cherry on top is that they never take ownership of this, allowing our company and customers to suffer. But hey, they're one of Inc magazine's fastest-growing companies! Their investors should be ashamed.

Absolutely the worst company we have…
Absolutely the worst company we have ever done business with. We have been in business for over 25 years and these people almost killed our company in just 12 months. The final straw was their "happiness consultants" (aka customer service monkeys) refusing to release our products (after we finally terminated our service) unless we paid a three dollar fee. Great having ShipMonk in my corner
ShipMonk has been super responsive from day one. They took the time to understand my business and needs from a fulfillment standpoint, and have consistently delivered on their promises up to this point. Their interface is clean and easy to use as well. Reliable fulfillment companies are not easy to find. I highly recommend checking out ShipMonk if you're looking for one for your business.

Worst company in the history of…
Worst company in the history of fulfillment companies. Their customer service is so poor. They have overcharged me for shipping and have failed to credit me. Their management team is non existent. Do yourself a favor and find a better fulfillment partner.

Shipmonk was a great resource for us…
Shipmonk was a great resource for us when we first started doing ecomm but didn't have the ability to fulfill ourselves. They were always responsive and had affordable shipping rates, just make sure you have enough volume to meet the minimum as it can get pricy. Overall we had a great experience and would use again, and does Amazon really need any more money?

Don’t go with them.
Late fulfillment. Orders have just been sitting there for 5 days when my team can fulfill it the same day. Still have to add postal service time. For a normal 2-5 day package. It will take then 10+ days to ship domestic! They also do not take responsibility for lost packages, delivered to wrong address, or packing errors.

At the critical time of year (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), they will only focus on their biggest customers and they will leave you high and dry. We have hundreds of out of stock orders. The new inventory was delivered on Wednesday at lunchtime. It's now 9.30pm on Friday and not only have they not dispatched the orders, but they also haven't even put the stock in the warehouse. The most stressful fulfillment company
The most stressful fulfillment company. Stay away from ShipMonk or ShitMonk.It took them 7 days to ship Black Friday's order out! They are useless and make you pay premium service.What a waste of time and business.
