Outstanding service! I've been working with Shipmonk as a merchant practically since their inception. Throughout our partnership, they've consistently exceeded my expectations - always attentive, dedicated, and going above and beyond what's required. White Glove Service with Small Businesses in Mind
ShipMonk is hands down the BEST fulfillment service EVER!I've used their services exclusively since August of 2024, and ALL of my interactions with them have been positive. I had a slight issue with my inventory in the beginning, and the warehouse manager, along with two others in the facility, hopped on a video call with me to help resolve the issue. Seamless transition from old 3PL.
Seamless transition from old 3PL. The app is amazingly automated. Very easy to setup and start operations quickly. Bryce was very prompt in responding and resolving all queries on the go.

Allie was amazing and literally held my hand (not really) walking us through any questions or concerns, offered a better shipping option for packaging to help us save costs. Allie was spectacular and wish she could stay on board with further assistance!

Improved customer service
I've used Shipmonk for over five years, and their customer service ( especially when they assign a rep to your account) has made a huge difference. Our rep is Amanda M.J., and she has done incredibly well managing our account and helping us out with any questions. I would definitely recommend them for any size company for their fulfillment needs.
