Dana Martin is hands down the best client experience manager we've had. She is an excellent problem solver and has amazing communication with the client. She goes the extra mile with a smile and humor (when needed!)! Nico is our Happiness Engineer. Absolute happiness from working with him! He is attentive and a great communicator.

Onboarding Experience - Bryce Clark
Bryce Clark was the onboarding associate who guided us through the entire ShipMonk onboarding process. From start to finish Bryce gave clear directions on every onboarding step. She also was available at any time to answer questions we had and provided clear and direct steps/answers every time. Without Bryce the onboarding experience would have been challenging but she made it a complete breeze.

Can't Sing High Enough Praises!
Can't sing high enough praises for Franklin and the Shipmonk Team in Kentucky. When unexpected things happen (like a supplier inadvertently shipping a package of marketing samples for a photoshoot to a warehouse for sale), they responded with grace, poise and exactitude. Shipmonk was able to receive, repackage, and send out within hours, overnighting the package to its original destination and ready in time for the photoshoot!
