I have been with ShipHero a few month…
I have been with ShipHero a few month and I’m super satisfied. Every time I needed help they have been there for me and salved my problem. Very friendly and helpful staff, I can really recommend this company.

Shiphero has been a dream to work with
Shiphero has been a dream to work with. Customer service is always there to assist and if I ever have an urgent issue Maggie is always there to help. Onboarding can be stressful (at any 3PL) but once everything is set and you start to get the hang of things it becomes a breeze. I don't know what I'd do without Shiphero. Their interface is organized and easy to use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is ready to ditch fulfilling orders and holding onto inventory.

Packed with many robust features and stellar performance
PROS: Login is seamless and you can easily access different options from the main menu. This goes for the desktop and mobile UI because they are both convenient to use. The platform also seamlessly connects with Shopify; meaning, I can work on different things on either of the two tools efficiently. Shiphero has been great to us
Shiphero has been great to us. Their customer service has been super helpful with all my many questions and they respond quickly and clearly. I don't ever want to work with anyone again who does not value customer service and treating people with basic courtesy and respect. I'm glad to be doing business with shiphero.

Shiphero is awesome and super helpful
Shiphero is awesome and super helpful. They respond very quickly in the instant chat or email. Shiphero always priorities my shipping when i ask for it which is great when you want to ship out orders fast to your customers. I am very happy with Shiphero customer service and user friendly!
